SAMRUB X SPEEDBOAT

For one night only, we’ll be joined by our friends Chef Prin and Mint of the Michelin Starred Bangkok restaurant Samrub Samrub Thai. On Wednesday 24th April, Prin and Mint will be sharing a ‘khao tom’ rice soup, the staple of Bangkok’s Chinatown and their mesmerising take on the salty, sour, pickled and friend side dishes that comprise this unique, vernacular cuisine.
As part of the evening’s 10 course sharing menu, each guest will have their own comforting bowl. A blank canvas brought to life by the surrounding small plates of Samrub Samrub Thai. The chefs and our team will transform Speedboat Bar into London’s first ‘Raan Khao Tom’.
