For one night only, we’ll be joined by our friends Chef Prin and Mint of the Michelin Starred Bangkok restaurant Samrub Samrub Thai. Prin and Mint will be sharing a ‘khao tom’ rice soup, the staple of Bangkok’s Chinatown and their mesmerising take on the salty, sour, pickled and fried side dishes that comprise this unique, vernacular cuisine.
